This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was modified under prior ownership with extended wheel arch flares, a repaint in Marina Blue Metallic, and 20″ American Racing Torq Thrust wheels. Power is supplied by a 327ci V8 equipped with aluminum cylinder heads and paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Exterior features include a black soft top, a domed hood, retractable headlights, chrome split bumperettes, fender vents, dual side mirrors, and dual exhaust tips.
The 20″ American Racing Torque Thrust II wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 275/35 rear Nexen N’fera SU1 tires. The car features a fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. The car is equipped with power steering and braking is handled by four-wheel discs.
The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in black as well as color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include a heater, a vertical push-button AM/FM radio, an analog clock, and three-point seatbelts.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,250-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, amperage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 71k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
Said to be originally equipped with a 427ci V8, the car was fitted with a 327ci V8 some time ago, and it features aluminum cylinder heads, tubular headers, Chevrolet-branded valve covers, and a Holley carburetor. Cooling is via an aluminum radiator.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a 3.30:1 rear end.
